Job Description

• We are seeking passionate and dedicated fresh graduate teachers to join our team.
• The ideal candidates should have a strong commitment to education, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the school’s vision.
• This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in teaching and classroom management while being mentored by experienced educators.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide individualized support to students where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development programs.
• Maintain classroom discipline and uphold school policies.
• Engage in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• NYSC completion or exemption certificate.
• Strong passion for teaching and working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of modern teaching techniques and technology integration.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic school environment.
• Prior teaching experience (including teaching practice) is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with Google Classroom and Google Meet for online learning.
• Willingness to participate in school devotion and other activities.
