Purpose Accountabilities

  • The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing work estimation and cost management of Real estate facility projects.
  • This role involves Liaising with clients to identify their needs, estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines and providing relevant support to keep a project on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates for facility minor projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Develop and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
