1). Hotspot Sales Intern
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

The Hotspot Department Intern will assist in the day-to-day operations of the department, including:
- Customer engagement (Selling of data from customers’ wallets)
- Device monitoring
- Data analysis (Gather and analyze data on hotspot retailers performance )
- Operational support. (Assist in maintaining an up-to-date database of active and inactive hotspot retailers).
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field with 0-2 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 – N75,000 monthly.

2). Hotspot Engineering Intern
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship
Job Description
- The field service engineer interacts with our customers and is responsible for the design, Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of wireless devices at client locations.
- He/she will install new hardware and software and keep track of existing problems, solving complex local network issues within the customer’s premises ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation and configuration of customer premise equipment (CPE) at client locations.
- Provide post-installation education to clients on simple troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving installations and internet connectivity.
- Maintain accurate service logs and enter them in the database
- Resolution of a trouble ticket
- Application of configuration changes via our change control systems and processes.
- Liaise with customer service and sales teams with regard to customer complaints and inquiries
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure uptime is maintained and corrective maintenance.
- Perform equipment upgrade and configuration
- Draft and submit reports.
Requirements
- Must Possess B. Sc (2.1) or HND (Upper credit) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer science, Information technology, or any other related discipline.
- Sound knowledge in networking will be an added advantage (Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Strong customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills to understand issues customers have and to explain technical information to customers in clear terms
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues.
- Time management skills to handle appointments and stay on schedule.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Organisational skills.
- Computer and technical skills.
Salary
- N50,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
