1). Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Lagos

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level, deliver passionate and innovative service quality to increase the profitability of our hotel and company. What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
  • Ensure Food & Beverage relevant brand standards are maintained.
  • Strategize on new products and service offerings.
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests and employees.
  • Create, encourage and implement revenue generating ideas.
  • Be entrepreneurial and think beyond boundaries.
  • Provide service that is sincere, warm, and enthusiastic while you take time to get know the guests and be committed to service excellence.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
  • Proven Food & Beverage operational experience in Restaurant, Banquet and Bar Management.
  • Ability to budget and forecast accurately monthly and annually.
  • Up to date Food & Beverage trends as well as best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Minimum 4 – 5 years experience in same or similar position with international hotel chains.
  • Accor experience will be an added advantage.

2). Pastry Chef

Location: Lagos

What you will be doing:

  • You will oversee the Pastry kitchen operations of the hotel
  • You will guide, train, motivate and direct the pastry team to deliver desired outcomes
  • Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends
  • Innovatively create and design new and unique menu for ala carte and buffet
  • Meet guests to discuss custom-made desserts and baked items for special occasions.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum experience of 4 – 5 years with International chain hotels.
  • Must have strong and creative knowledge in bakery including French and Danish pastries.
  • Must have knowledge in oriental Arabic desserts
  • Strong leadership, creativity, innovative and great communication skills.
  • Accor experience will be an added advantage.
