1). Spare Part Store Clerk

Location: Nigeria

About The Job

  • The Spare Part Store Clerk ensures the availability of engineering spare parts in the right quantity and right quality.
  • Maintain quality Item record via effective inventory Management, Accountability and Security of inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make ordering of stock using system PRs for STOs and chase STO delivery.
  • Ensure Quality and Quantity inspection of all incoming spare parts.
  • Issue materials in active reservation at 100% strike rate to work orders.
  • Receive spare parts returned to the store with proper credit and debit.
  • Ensure Quality of stock with correct storage arrangement, Appropriate Storage conditions, practicing FIFO and Age analysis report.
  • Maintain effective communication with Maintenance, Finance, Central stores, other plants storekeepers and Suppliers.
  • Ensure accurate quarterly Physical Inventory, regular circle count and reconciliation of short/over with Finance.
  • Generate stock reports from SAP for regular management decisions such as: Duplicated material codes, slow movers, Spare Parts for decommissioned equipment.
  • Verify materials in transit against your plant and from your plant to enable them to be cleared within the financial period.
  • Ensure proper handling of any other assignments /duties given by management.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering BSc or HND Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • 1-3 years’ experience as a store clerk.
  • Experience and knowledge in machine and spare parts.
  • Technically inclined and able to identify spare parts and their general functions.
  • Good understanding and experience of (SAP) system for Spare parts inventory management.
  • Good in quantitative analysis, good application of excel, words document and power point.
  • Passion for clean and neat store layout.
  • In-depth category & Portfolio knowledge.

2). Senior Counsel – Corporate Transactions

Location: Lagos

About The Job

  • The Senior Counsel – Corporate Transactions, as a member of the legal team, will be responsible for managing legal deliverables for the Finance and Procurement teams and deliver Company Secretariat responsibilities for Nigerian Bottling Company and its affiliated entities.
  • The Senior Counsel will also implement corporate governance policies and contribute to the company’s overall governance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to Finance Team in relation to M&A as well as debt and equity finance transactions (the “Transactions”), including drafting, negotiation, review of documentation, and transaction management.
  • Review the legal due diligence reports prepared by external counsel and advising on findings from the due diligence review.
  • Standardize procurement contracts and ensuring contract terms are clear, balanced, and compliant with applicable laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Liaise with the company secretariat on the maintenance and update of the company’s common seal and statutory books of the company.
  • Drive the company’s corporate governance agenda in line with the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance.
  • Advise on transaction structure and legal requirements for the Transactions to ensure that transaction objectives are achieved.
  • Support procurement team in regulatory interface with customs or other clearing agencies for the import of goods.
  • Develop trust, confidence, and build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and TCC.
  • Research, critically analyze, and provide legal opinions to the leadership team and business partner functions on diverse matters relating to the company’s operations.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Law; and admission to the Nigerian Bar
  • 10+ years of related professional work experience
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
  • Experience advising on local and cross-border financing, insolvency and M&A transactions
  • Import Clearing, tracking and transshipments
  • Experience in undertaking legal due diligence audit relating to financing, insolvency and M&A transactions
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating finance, insolvency and M&A-related agreements
  • Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and contract law
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills

3). Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for developing and executing the maintenance strategy of the plant at optimal cost.
  • Drives innovation and improvement of lines and assets.
  • Manages people and resources to ensure uncompromised safety, availability and quality while minimizing the impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, monitor & reinforce control on maintenance strategy execution in plant in alignment with country strategy.
  • Organize and schedule annual overhaul of production lines and facilities.
  • Improve efficiencies by increasing preventive maintenance across the plant and to minimize breakdowns and reduce mean time between failures.
  • Develop business plans providing productivity improvement and stretchy targets for cost efficiency
  • Prepare and control annual plant maintenance budget ensuring sufficient funds to cover all routines and initiatives reflected in strategy & operational plans.
  • Prepare, present, and interpret Maintenance KBI’s, makes recommendations which result in increased productivity and efficiency; reduces cost and improves customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively applies business performance review (COBRA, EATB) management routine
  • Ensures full use of SAP Plant Maintenance module to be able to monitor cost and execution of spare parts- related and maintenance activities
