1). Business Commercial Manager

Accountabilities
- Contract Management: Responsible for reviewing existing contracts to identify upcoming renewals or amendments and negotiating contract terms with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations, addressing any disputes or issues that arise and working towards resolutions.
- Revenue Management: Analyze tariff structures to identify optimization opportunities and monitor revenue streams to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct daily market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, analyze market data to identify potential growth opportunities or threats, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management based on market analysis.
- OPCo Relationship Management: Engage with OPCOs regularly to understand their needs and concerns, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying Opportunities: Continuously scan the market to identify new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and emerging markets internally.
- Financial Management: Review daily financial reports to track revenue, costs, and profitability, analyze variances to identify areas for cost savings or revenue enhancement, and provide input for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to commercial performance and implement mitigation strategies, conduct regular risk assessments, update risk registers, and communicate risk status to senior management with recommendations for appropriate actions.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports on commercial performance metrics such as revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction, present reports to senior management and stakeholders during regular meetings and provide ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering or a related field.
- A master’s degree or MBA can be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) may be beneficial.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, financial planning, or business development within the power or energy sector.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management.

2). Management Accountant

Role Accountabilities
- Perform GL reconciliation/clean up and close payable and receivable module for all entities, run month–end accrual process and post into GL.
- Prepare and submit monthly accounts, TB, and relevant schedules to Finance Controller, Management & Group Finance
- Prepare and submit monthly crude entitlement report to JV Partners
- Prepare annual Financial Statements for all the upstream companies
- Provide Internal and External Auditors with all necessary information to facilitate prompt closure of audit.
- Prepare intercompany matrix and reconcile all differences between related entities
- Run monthly tax report, remit and file tax returns promptly
- Review tax liabilities within agreed entitlement model with Crude Oil Marketing Department (COMD), NNPC.
- Obtain Tax Receipts from all authorities and dispatch WHT receipts to vendors promptly.
- Liaise with Company’s Tax Advisers to ensure appropriate computation of PPT estimate and returns and prompt filing with relevant Tax Authority
- Promptly file PPT / CIT Returns for all entities
- Attend to every enquiries/memo from tax authorities

Requirements
- Previous industry knowledge with minimum of four years’ experience in Financial Reporting with detailed knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and oil and gas upstream accounting.
- Oil and Gas Upstream Tax Laws
- Good working knowledge of ORACLE Accounting Systems, Sun Systems and MS Office programs especially Excel and PowerPoint is required
- A chartered accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA) with Accounting, Audit & Financial Reporting (Major in Finance/Accounting) background.
- At least 4 years of oil & gas upstream experience with an upstream Oil and Gas Company or reputable audit firm.

3). QAQC Officer

Role Accountabilities
- Assist in the effective handling of equipment to minimize downtime and breakdowns, focusing on aviation refueling trucks and bowsers.
- Support service delivery to ensure it meets and exceeds customer expectations, particularly in aircraft refueling operations.
- Conduct regular quality control tests on Jet A-1 fuel, ensuring compliance and timely execution without compromise.
- Perform comprehensive checks on bowsers to confirm they are safe for field operations, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other routine inspections.
- Assist in planning, calibrating, and procuring QC equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate daily Bridger receipt notifications and contribute to monthly Bridger reconciliation, documentation, and reporting.
- Participate in safety meetings, reinforcing high safety standards across operations.
- Monitor, recharge, and document fire extinguisher maintenance to ensure readiness.
- Maintain accurate storekeeping and documentation records.

Requirements
- University Degree in any Applied Sciences course (Science Laboratory Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience (Post NYSC) in similar QA/QC role in the Aviation industry.
- Possession of relevant certifications will be an added advantage. EG., ISO, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards and sustainability
- Be very meticulous with adherence to product quality check procedures and standards of benchmarking result.
- Be very conscious of unsafe practices and see beyond the ordinary
- Ability to pre-empt unsafe situations and proffer preventive measures

4). Crude Officer, Barging Operations

Role Accountabilities
- Point of contact with government representatives and officials during exports to ensure efficient, coordinated export activities are achieved.
- Perform export Barge/Tanker arrival safety inspection and ensures compliance of Export Barge/Tankers, Masters, Officers and crew with standard requirements.
- Co-coordinating mooring point Jetty loading & unloading operation for maintaining production targets and barge movement.

- Conduct safe Pilotage/Mooring operations and export tanker approach to berths
- Conduct safe mooring and unmooring operations
- Handle Safe cargo hose connection and disconnection; hold back tug connection and disconnection; Preloading activities including all checklists; communication between export tanker, Terminal and hold back tug; all Cargo/Ballast Handling operations and export paperwork, including sampling and calculations of cargo volumes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, would be a great advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant role in E&P service or operating company.
- Must demonstrate high level of oral and written skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possession of basic programming and data visualization would be an added advantage.
- Must possess strong inter-personal skills and be willing to learn.
- Experience with seismic acquisition and processing workflow
Added Advantage:
- Unlimited Class 1 Deck License with dangerous cargo endorsement for crude oil.
- Served in a senior capacity on board tankers > 25.000 tonnes during their sea going career for at least 36 months
- Skill in the ship handling of large tankers.
