Job Title: Front Desk/Admin Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Employment Type: Temporary

Job Overview

  • We are seeking a well-organized and professional individual to fill a temporary front desk receptionist position.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is confident, polite, and experienced in administrative support.
  • You will be the first point of contact for visitors and will manage daily front-office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage email communications using Gmail
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
  • Provide administrative support using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Other responsibilities as advised by management.

Qualifications

  • IT students, OND or HND preferred
  • 0 – 1 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Gmail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, courteous, and well-presented
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Proximity to Ikoyi.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
