Job Title: Front Desk/Admin Officer
Location: Onike, Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The front desk/admin officer would be responsible for welcoming clients, visitors, and employees in a warm and professional mannerand also providing general administrative support to various departments.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and provide information about our service
- Assist in coordinating client meetings and appointments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
- Prepare and update necessary documentation related to the reception area.
- Relay important information to relevant personnel in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve client and visitor inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Coordinate with the admin team for any maintenance or repairs required in the reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
Educational Qualifications / Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
