Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ascertains their purchasing needs.
- Assist customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, personable, and efficient manner to resolve guest concerns.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
- Supervise office staff, handle daily operations, produce and update MLS listings to track real estate sales, support the marketing team, organize filing systems, and assist with contracts.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 – 2 years work experience.
