Job Title: Front Desk/Bookkeeping Officer (Female)

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle front desk responsibilities and bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls and visitor reception
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and accounts management
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc Degree.
  • Fluency in Hausa and English
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
