Job Title: Front Desk/Bookkeeping Officer (Female)
Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Overview
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle front desk responsibilities and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including phone calls and visitor reception
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing and accounts management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Develop and implement efficient bookkeeping systems
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc Degree.
- Fluency in Hausa and English
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
