Job Title: Front Desk & Customer Support Associate
Location: Abuja (FCT)
About the Role
- We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk & Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
- The ideal candidate will combine a welcoming presence with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer support, both in-person and through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-facing representative, warmly welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized front desk and ensure all customer-facing areas reflect a high standard of professionalism.
- Support onboarding of new users/customers and guide them through the usage of our digital services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to escalate and resolve service issues as needed.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately using CRM systems.
- Support administrative duties and contribute to improving customer experience strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
