Job Title: Front Desk & Customer Support Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk & Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
  • The ideal candidate will combine a welcoming presence with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer support, both in-person and through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-facing representative, warmly welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized front desk and ensure all customer-facing areas reflect a high standard of professionalism.
  • Support onboarding of new users/customers and guide them through the usage of our digital services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to escalate and resolve service issues as needed.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately using CRM systems.
  • Support administrative duties and contribute to improving customer experience strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
