Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ikeja – Lagos, and Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and handle room assignments.
  • Provide information and answer questions about the organization, its services, and facilities.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure proper management of the executive offices and training room

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND Bachelor’s Degree; or the minimum requirement of OND
  • Minimum working experience of 2 years and above.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
