Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ikeja – Lagos, and Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in inquiries.
- Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and handle room assignments.
- Provide information and answer questions about the organization, its services, and facilities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure proper management of the executive offices and training room
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND Bachelor’s Degree; or the minimum requirement of OND
- Minimum working experience of 2 years and above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
