Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are welcomed and guided appropriately.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared in advance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring restocking when necessary.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate office activities and events as directed by the office manager or HR.
Customer Service:
- Provide information and assistance to employees, visitors, and clients, offering superior customer service.
- Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring resolution or escalation to appropriate personnel.
Security & Safety:
- Monitor security systems (if applicable) and manage visitor logs.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel are granted access to the office building.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support to Other Departments:
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements and accommodation for executives or employees.
- Provide support to HR and admin teams for onboarding, documentation, or events.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues in different departments to ensure smooth communication and office operation.
- Take on special projects or tasks as assigned by the office manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; additional qualification in Office Administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or in a customer service role.
- Must not be more than 30 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
