Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administration duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and/or office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
  • Accepting all letters and packages and distributing them to their appropriate departments.
  • Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers and other staff.
  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
  • The front desk executive is responsible for offering support at the front desk of the company.

Internal Operations duties:

  • Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Corporate and the external auditors as necessary with the support of the accountant.
  • Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
  • Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
  • Providing support to the procurement activities
  • Coordinate repairs of office equipment.
  • Scanning document for various department. Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.
  • Monitors and coordinates the transport department. This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team
  • Work on purchase orders and MLAs for Clients
  • Data entry about dates of purchase, licenses & maintenance on CRM
  • Tracking product maintenance dates on CRM
  • Accounting knowledge is required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, Accounting, etc., is required
  • A master’s degree in accounting/finance is an added advantage
  • 2-3 years’ experience is required.

  • Ability to use accounting software (Sunsystem, Tally, Persol, SAP, Sage, QuickBooks) will be an advantage

Salary

  • N150,000 Monthly.
