Job Description

  • Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and well-groomed Front Deskt Executive who has a passion for design and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will radiate confidence, style, and professionalism, representing the image of our brand. You will assist our customers in discovering the perfect pieces for their homes, while providing personalized attention and expert guidance in a furniture showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Deliver a first-class, luxury experience by engaging with customers in an approachable, confident, and knowledgeable manner. Build rapport and understand the needs of our customers to guide them through product selections.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury furniture collections, materials, design aesthetics, and functionality, offering insights that inspire customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales goals through personalized selling, providing customers with tailored solutions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the sales process. –
  • Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the showroom’s luxurious ambiance by ensuring product displays are arranged to perfection, consistent with brand standards, and aligned with current trends.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s image in every customer interaction by showcasing your polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable sense of style.
  • Customer Engagement: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships, encouraging repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  • Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring that the showroom remains pristine and inviting.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, English or other related field.
  • 5-8 years Previous experience in retail,sales,customer service preferably in, home décor, or furniture is prefered.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
