Job Summary
- We are a mid-sized law firm in Lagos seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Front Desk Manager to be the first point of contact for our Firm.
- The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front-office operations, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Management:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring proper call screening and message-taking.
- Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front office environment.
Administrative Support:
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient booking system for client meetings.
- Keep track of and manage conference room bookings.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, couriers, and office deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and filing.
Office Coordination & Support:
- Liaise with office staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure compliance with the firm’s security and visitor management protocols.
- Provide general administrative support to lawyers and other team members as required
- Assist in organizing firm events, meetings, and training sessions
Key Requirements
- Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role (law firm experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal terminology is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
