Key Responsibilities:
E–Learning SolutionDesign:
Assist in the design and development and deployment of effective e-learningsolutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Content Development:

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theory.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

2. Head of Outsourcing (Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Solutions)
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Outsourcing to oversee and manage both in-house recruitment and outsourced talent acquisition services for partner companies. This role will be responsible for leading our company’s recruitment efforts while also identifying and partnering with businesses that lack internal recruitment departments to provide end-to-end hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and retain top talent for the company.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs, define role requirements, and create strategic hiring plans.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Identify and acquire new clients through lead generation, networking, and direct sales efforts.
