Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a professional and experienced Front Desk Officer to join their team
  • As a Front Desk Officer, you will ensure smooth front-desk operations and provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
  • This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s professional image and supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized workspace that reflects the company’s brand.
  • Respond to inquiries about the company and directing specific enquires to the relevant team.
  • Manage client and visitor logs and appointments and maintain other assigned departmental records.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and other correspondence.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • OND, HND, B.Sc. in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a front desk officer or receptionist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

Skills:

  • Great communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Neat and smart appearance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly demeanor.
