Job Summary

  • We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the position of Front Desk Officer at our Industrial Gases Division, located in Agbara. We invite only interested, qualified candidates living within Agbara/Lusada/Iyana Era/Ijanikin axis to apply.
  • The ideal candidate must be friendly, organised, and possess exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities, have strong telephone etiquette, and speak in a professional and courteous manner.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome and manage customers/visitors
  • Answer and route phone calls when necessary
  • Manage, organize and ensure the cleanliness of the office lounge/reception
  • Receive and sort all mail and packages;
  • Scheduling appointments and directing visitors to the right person.

Experience and Qualification

  • Minimum of OND + a credit pass in English and Mathematics. Customer Service Training will be an added advantage
  • Age, 22 – 30 years
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist or in a similar position
  • Ability to operate office equipment and appliances
  • Ability to support office administration and maintain security
  • Basic computer skills is necessary.
