Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain office supplies
- Schedule appointments and handle basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide accurate information to inquiries and guide guests accordingly
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- 1–2 years relevant experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Lekki.
Salary
- N100,000 Monthly
