Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As our Front Desk Officer, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front office operations, and supporting daily administrative functions.
  • Your role is crucial to ensuring smooth communication between the company and its visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area in a neat and presentable condition
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required
  • Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols
  • Assist with general office duties including data entry, filing, and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a similar front desk or customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
