Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Manage front desk operations including calls, messages, and scheduling
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative support to the office and assist with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence
What We’re Looking For
- Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years work experience.
- Prior experience in a real estate company will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, polite, and customer-service oriented
- Basic administrative and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
