Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
- The ideal candidate will manage daily front desk activities and support office operations to ensure smooth communication and administrative efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked front desk and office environment
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Support various departments with day to day administrative tasks
- Uphold the image of the company through consistent professionalism and responsiveness.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Customer Service Quality:
- Handles calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provides excellent customer service to both external visitors and internal team members.
Office Organization & Efficiency:
- Ensure zero last minute shortages of office supplies
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of meetings and office activities
Attendance & Punctuality:
- Achieve a good attendance and punctuality rate monthly
Task Completion & Documentation:
- Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and error-free filing systems
Professionalism in Communication:
- Resolvefront desk concerns
- Ensure all interactions and correspondence reflect the company’s professional standard.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- 2–3years of experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Must reside on the island due to proximity
