- A Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handling reception duties such as greeting guests, answering calls, managing appointments, and providing basic information.
- They maintain a professional and welcoming environment, ensure smooth communication between departments, and perform administrative tasks like record-keeping and mail handling.
