Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, professional, and client-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact in our clients Real Estate firm.
  • The ideal candidate must be well-presented, articulate, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
  • Handle all front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and visitor logs
  • Assist residents with complaints or service requests, ensuring prompt resolution
  • Manage correspondence, packages, and delivery records
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Maintain a tidy, professional, and organized reception area
  • Report incidents or unusual activity promptly to management

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND in any discipline
  • 2–3 years proven experience in a front desk or related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable appearance with good grooming and etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Loyalty, discretion, and a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work both morning and night shifts as scheduled
  • Problem-solving mindset with a calm and composed attitude under pressure

Salary

  • N80,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
