Remote Accounting Hub – Our client, Aestheticon Clinic, is recruiting to fill the position below:
Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors;
- Answering physical, telephone and email inquiries;
- Generating patient card and files both on the HMIS system and on paper;
- Scheduling patient appointments;
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation;
- Keeping a clean, organized and calm reception area;
- Processing billing and payments;
- Liaising with Medicare and HMOs;
- Handling document management and control;
- Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency;
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and cleaning supplies;
- Managing the hospital’s social media presence;
- Booking and organising staff and doctor meetings;
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times;
- Providing and generating relevant reports;
- Liaising with all the medical departments with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Must possess an OND / HND in Communications, Public Relations, Office Administration or another requisite field
- Candidate must be comfortable working in a hospital;
- Gender: Female.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Planning and organizing abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with different groups of people.
- Multitasking abilities.
- Efficient time management skills.
