Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients.
  • This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a strong ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will project a positive corporate image and maintain excellent communication flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Answer and redirect phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office security protocols
  • Provide general administrative support to departments when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years of front desk or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High degree of professionalism and attention to detail.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N170,000 Monthly
  • Pension, PAYE, Leave Allowance, 13th Month Pay, HMO, 15 Working Days Leave (post 6 months).
