Job Description
- The ideal candidate will have professional and courteous demeanor, excellent organizational skills, strongverbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the organization’s first point of contact and communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff and visitors.
- Answer telephone, take messagesand manage correspondence within the scope of responsibility.
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and phone calls.
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks including data entry, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments.
- Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
- Relay important information to relevant personnel in a timely manner. Address and resolve client and visitor inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND ; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
