Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and welcoming.
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain schedules for staff meetings and client visits.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as required.
- Manage front desk supplies and inventory.
- Maintain an updated contact directory and visitor log.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- 1 – 2 years experience in a front desk or administrative role (real estate industry experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
