Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless client experience
  • Coordinate appointments, registrations, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2+ years of experience in a front desk role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Readiness to work on shift.

Salary

  • N160,000 Monthly Net.
