Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless client experience
- Coordinate appointments, registrations, and other administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 2+ years of experience in a front desk role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Readiness to work on shift.
Salary
- N160,000 Monthly Net.
