Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk operations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Security: Monitor and maintain the security of the front desk area, reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as required, such as ordering supplies, maintaining the reception area, and providing support to other departments.

Requirements

  • Education: BSc, HND in business administration, office managemement & technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Must Reside on the Island – Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Jakande, New Road, Ologolo are encouraed to apply

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
