Job Description

  • We are seeking a friendly and professional front desk receptionist to join our real estate team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, directing calls, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
  • The front desk receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and vendors, so a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Bilingual language skillsa plus.

Remuneration

  • Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
  • Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
