Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As part of our commitment to professionalism and excellent service, we are hiring a smart, courteous, and highly organised Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our corporate office in Lekki.
  • The Receptionist will manage all front-desk activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
  • The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, customer-oriented, and capable of handling administrative support functions in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend to visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
  • Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, packages, mail)
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments for visitor logistics or inquiries
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (experience in oil & gas sector is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must reside within or close to Lekki.

Salary
N250,000 – N450,000 Monthly
