Title: Front Desk/Receptionist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area.
• Handle general inquiries and provide information to visitors and staff.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Requirements

• HND/ BSc. in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and equipments.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary

• N80,000 monthly.
