Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Lagos.
- The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
- Ability to handle reservations
- Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
