Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Lagos.
  • The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for receptionist duties, customer service, reservations, and phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Experience in receptionist duties and customer service
  • Ability to handle reservations
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
