Job Description
- We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed hotel in the heart of the hospitality industry as the Head of Front Desk and Reservation Officer.
- We are seeking a dedicated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant educational qualifications to lead our front desk and reservation operations with efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the front desk and reservationto ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate room reservations, manage booking systems, and maintain accurate records of room availability.
- Train and mentor front desk staff on hotel procedures, customer service standards, and reservation protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest services delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales, reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue reports to optimize room revenue.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front desk operations and reservation processes.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively to uphold the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
- Conduct regular audits of reservation systems, guest accounts, and front desk procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in front desk and reservation roles within the hotel and hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively.
- Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team of front desk and reservation staff.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
