Job Title: Front Desk & Reservations Officer
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations promptly and courteously
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information and payment processing
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff and others to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with guest requests, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
- Manage online and offline reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Monitor room availability and make recommendations for room assignments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent educational qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
