Job Title: Front Desk & Reservations Officer

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations promptly and courteously
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information and payment processing
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff and others to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with guest requests, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
  • Manage online and offline reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor room availability and make recommendations for room assignments
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or equivalent educational qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hotel and hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
