Responsibilities

• Customer service: Welcome customers and address their concerns
• Answering calls: Take incoming calls and redirect them or leave messages
• Managing mail: Receive and distribute letters and packages, and prepare outgoing mail
• Managing emails: Check, sort, and forward emails
• Managing supplies: Monitor office supplies and order more when needed
• Managing records: Keep updated records and files
• Managing expenses: Monitor office expenses and costs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 2 years relevant work experience.

Salary

• N70,000 – N80,000 per month.
