Job Title: Frontline Executive – Support

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Frontline Executive – Support to join our team.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about community service, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong background in customer support or public engagement.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for both online and offline inquiries and will actively participate in field events such as school visits, hospital outreach, and community sensitization programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for handling public inquiries, feedback, and requests via email, social media, and phone calls.
  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to inquiries in line with the foundation’s values and mission.
  • Maintain and update enquiry records and feedback logs using relevant digital tools and CRM platforms.
  • Represent the foundation at outreach activities including, but not limited to, school visits, hospital education campaigns, NGO workshops, and community development programs.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of foundation events and projects.
  • Collaborate with the communications and programs team to gather feedback and insights from the field.
  • Document reports on field activities and submit recommendations based on community feedback.
  • Provide support during fundraising activities, advocacy campaigns, and awareness drives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer support, communications, or outreach role – experience in a non-profit or volunteering for an NGO / foundation is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse groups and communities.
  • Willingness to travel for events and community-based programs.
  • Passion for humanitarian and community development work.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Salary

  • N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
