Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions that are secured, scalable and efficient.
- This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design system architecture, and implement new features.
- The developer will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Additionally, understand test driven development, cover edge cases adequate, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality software solutions using Java programming language, Springboot and react.
- Understand Spring batch, Spring cloud and react
- Design and implement scalable and efficient back-end and front-end systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pseudo coding, and develop new features.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Test driven development
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
- Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in backend development, particularly in building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Experience building a financial system will be a plus
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java and react
- Knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with popular backend frameworks (e.g., Springboot, Laravel).
- Understanding of common security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP) and experience implementing secure coding practices.
Salary and Benefits
- NGN200,000 – NGN400,000 / Month.
