Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture to ensure modular, robust, and efficient applications.
• Utilize event-driven architecture, ensuring real-time data streaming and processing.
• Integrate and optimize for caching and data storage to enhance application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on business requirements and technical solutions.
• Work with card technology integration, developing secure and efficient solutions to handle payment processing and transactions.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reliability through best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Design, build, and integrate APIs for our customer-facing platforms.
• Optimize application performance and scalability, especially in AWS-hosted environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain high coding standards and ensure best practices in all development tasks.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of PHP development experience, with a strong focus on Laravel.
• Hands-on experience with designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and hosting applications in AWS environments.
• Proficient with relational databases like MySQL, including query optimization.
• Proficient in Git and collaboration via version control systems.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for seamless backend integration.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Salary

• N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
