Role Summary
- Manages daily operations, coordinates departments, and ensures execution of company strategies.
Job Description
- The General Manager oversees the overall operations of Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring strategic goals are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and all departments function cohesively.
- This role involves leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational success.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Lead, motivate, and develop senior staff to achieve departmental goals.
- Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and report progress to the board or ownership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in a similar industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of local business regulations and market trends.
Salary
- N250,000 – N350,000 / month.
