Key Responsibilities

• Leading the team to drive high performance and excellent customer service
• Ensuring daily operational goals are exceeded
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Championing and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction
• Overseeing, budgets, controlling operational expenses, and financial objectives are met whilst maximizing profitability effective resource management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years leadership experience in a management role, showcasing strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge in the construction/engineering sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet organizational, goals.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
• Exceptional strategic thinker with robust financial management and analytical, skills, capable of developing and applying strategic initiatives and making decisions to drive success.
