Job Title: General Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary
- We need a General Manager (GM) to take ownership of day-to-day operations, enforce discipline, and scale the business profitably.
- This is a results-driven role—you will be responsible for running the company operations, delivering performance, and reporting directly to the CEO.
- You are not here to manage chaos. You are here to build and run systems that work without supervision.
Your Mission
- Run the business operations without the CEO’s involvement. Build a self-sustaining, efficient, and disciplined organization, drive sales and fulfillment, and protect profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implement SOPs and Processes (Sales, Telesales, Logistics, Fulfillment, Inventory)
- Oversee Sales, Telesales, Logistics & Delivery Teams, ensuring KPIs are hit
- Drive Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPIs & Team Accountability—no handholding
- Improve Delivery Success & Eliminate Failed Deliveries (RTS)
- Own the P&L – Maximize Profitability, Minimize Waste
- Coordinate Cross-Department Teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Inventory)
- Manage and Disburse Daily Sales Bonuses Accurately and On Time
- Lead Daily Team Briefings to Align and Motivate Teams
- Enforce Discipline, Culture & High Standards Across All Teams
- Solve Problems Before They Reach the CEO
- Provide Clear Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports (Data, Not Stories)
- Support Trade Show Logistics (Execution Only)
- Develop & Maintain Employee Handbook and Performance Systems
- Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews & Enforce KPIs for Every Department

Who You Are
- 8+ Years Leadership in General Management, Sales Operations, or Logistics
- Proven Experience Designing and Implementing SOPs From Scratch
- Highly Organized, Process-Driven & Results-Oriented
- eCommerce or FMCG Experience (Bonus)
- Lagos-Based & Available Onsite 4 Days a Week
- Firm Leadership Style—Zero Tolerance for Excuses
- High Integrity, Accountable, and Driven by Results
- Able to Run the Business Like It’s Your Own Investment

Tools You’ll Own:
- Team & Task Management
- P&L and Finance Oversight
- Google Sheets Dashboards (KPIs & Reporting)
- WhatsApp / Slack (Team Communication & Escalations)

Benefits
- Salary: N400,000 – N700,000 Monthly.
