Responsibilities
Field Assessments:
- Conduct comprehensive field assessments to evaluate geological formations and mining operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on field data.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or operational challenges.
Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, maintenance, and environmental specialists) to ensure smooth coordination and general operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilize advanced technical tools and software for mining and geological analysis.
- Interpret field data, perform technical analysis, and present findings to unit supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Background:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Geology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates (open to gain hands-on experience) who have completed the one(1)-year mandatory national service are eligible to apply.
Experience:
- Previous work experience in theMining and Extractive sector is an added advantage, though fresh graduates are encouraged.
Technical Skills & Certifications (Preferred):
- Proficiency in using mining and geological software (e.g., AutoCAD, Surfer, or equivalent).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., mining safety, geological mapping) are an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to challenging field conditions and the ability to work in a dynamic, off-site environment.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to live on-site and adapt quickly to the project environment.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to safety and quality.

- Attractive gross monthly salary within the range of N150,000 – N180,000.
