About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled Golang Engineer with experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Financial systems to join our team.
- You will design, build, and optimize high-performance, secure, and scalable backend systems that power our financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend services in Golang.
- Work on payment processing, transaction systems, risk management, or fraud detection.
- Optimize distributed systems for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate with third-party banking APIs, payment gateways, and financial data providers.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML, etc.).
- Implement real-time transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, security, compliance) to deliver FinTech solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a focus on performance and security.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Golang (concurrency, performance tuning, microservices).
- FinTech domain experience (payments, banking, trading, lending, etc.).
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of security best practices in FinTech (encryption, authentication, OAuth2).
- Experience with REST/gRPC APIs and API gateways.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of real-time data processing (Apache Flink, Spark).
- Contributions to open-source projects or Golang libraries.
