Job Title: Graduate Architect (AutoCAD & Project Support)

Location: Festac/Tradefair, Lagos

About the Role

• We are looking for a driven and creative Architecture graduate (B.Arch) who has completed the Architect Registration Examination (ARE) and is eligible to practice.
• The ideal candidate will support the design and delivery of real estate development projects, working closely with the executive and technical teams. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid grasp of architectural planning principles are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise architectural drawings and site layouts using AutoCAD.
• Work directly with the CEO on real estate design concepts, space planning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Facilities, as well as field teams, to ensure seamless translation of plans to execution.
• Provide input on building aesthetics, layouts, and functionality aligned with development goals.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, approval submissions, and project documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of the Architect Registration Examination (ARE).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD (non-negotiable).
• Strong design thinking and a good eye for spatial planning.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with additional tools like SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous experience or internship in a real estate, architecture, or construction setting.
• Interest in sustainable design or real estate development is a plus.
