Title: Customer Experience Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints, offering timely and suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Respond to both general and specific customer inquiries about the company’s products.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets and adhere to call-handling quotas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields is an added advantage.
• Graduates awaiting NYSC deployment (PRE-SERVICE) are welcome.
• Current National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable handling phone inquiries.
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player.
• Keen attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
• Prior experience in Customer Service is a plus.
