Job Description

• As a Customer Assistance Representative, your role involves providing courteous and professional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our fashion products, collections, and current trends to assist customers effectively and provide informed product recommendations.
• Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, which includes taking orders, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate delivery.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and returns promptly, with the goal of achieving efficient and effective issue resolution.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of product availability and assist customers with stock inquiries, offering suitable alternatives when necessary.
• Fashion Advice: Offer style and fashion advice to customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
• Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns and exchanges following company policies to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Feedback Handling: Collect and document customer feedback, sharing insights with the management team to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, including maintaining customer records, generating reports, and managing customer databases.

Requirements

• Candidates should have an HND, NCE, or OND qualification.
• 0 – 1 year of work experience is preferred.

Salary

• N60,000 – N70,000 per month.
