Job Description

In this role as a Field Agent, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer debt information.
• Taking ownership of debt collection cases.
• Conducting visits to delinquent customers and their guarantors.
• Pursuing delinquent customers persistently until debts are fully paid.
• Issuing Demand Letters to both customers and guarantors.
• Ensuring the collection of overdue payments from delinquent customers after 91 days.
• Negotiating repayment terms with delinquent customers and guarantors.
• Providing weekly/monthly reports on collections.
• Performing skip tracing to locate customers who have absconded.
• Escalating and recommending solutions to resolve overdue cases, with management approval.

Qualifications / Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in relevant fields.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in preparing simple and concise reports on work activities.
• Capability to use social media and other internet services for tracing customers who may have absconded.
